About
Many people notice their nervous system cycling between anxiety and shutdown—racing thoughts, chronic tension, exhaustion, or emotional numbness. Patterns like reactivity, withdrawal, people-pleasing, burnout, or recurring conflict can feel out of alignment with who they want to be, but they don't know how to escape it. The deeper need is often to understand the internal parts, physiological responses, and unmet needs driving these experiences. My work supports greater clarity and steadier regulation through an integration of IFS, polyvagal principles, and mind-body science to foster meaningful, sustainable change. I support teens and adults facing anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship stress, and addiction recovery using trauma-informed IFS, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and body-based care. If desired, we can also include spiritual or alternative approaches like breathwork and energy work to cultivate resilience, balance, and growth.
