I strive to facilitate a place for you to learn, grow, and embody change...and re-engage with your own volition/agency. Unwanted patterns in life can easily emerge. Nervous system awareness/management is a key part of my approach/work. Constructively navigating emotions, relationships, and life can be complicated, but it is possible. I have helped individuals/couples with self-development, relational, and addiction issues. I have worked with the general population, military-affiliated, and those in the justice system.
