It is my privilege and passion to walk alongside of those who are healing from trauma, abuse, anxiety, and perinatal experiences. I firmly believe that through respectful, culturally competent and trauma informed approaches, space can be held for you to feel empowered to not just survive, but thrive! In sessions, I often use Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and somatic approaches to equip and encourage clients to live mindfully in the present while honoring and healing what happened in the past.
