I believe therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist, and I am honored to provide a safe space for clients to heal. Through a trauma-focused lens, I appreciate working with clients to help them build insight into the patterns that are holding them back, and to build new, healthier patterns that help them move forward. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and believe in the worth of all people. I always take a strength-based approach to therapy and work alongside clients to choose the best modality for them.
