I provide individual therapy for physicians, healthcare professionals, attorneys, military members, and first responders. My work focuses on burnout, trauma, PTSD, and substance use concerns within the context of demanding professional roles. I understand the realities of safety-sensitive work, including long hours, exposure to trauma, ethical stress, and concerns about confidentiality and licensure. Therapy does not need to feel vague or overly emotional to be effective. My approach is collaborative, direct, and non-judgmental.
