I work with adolescents, adults, and couples who are facing individual, relational, and systemic challenges. I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, loss, and trauma, as well as identity, relationship, and parenting issues. I also have interest in working with individuals with late-diagnosed (or suspected) neurodivergence, as well as disability and chronic illness.
