I offer compassionate, non-judgmental treatment for adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and substance use issues. Using research-based techniques, I help clients create a toolbox of skills to use in times of distress, and provide a warm and supportive environment for self-exploration and growth. I completed my training at Harvard Medical School, and serve both Massachusetts and New York State
