In my work as a therapist, I approach meeting with individuals primarily from a client-centered and humanistic approach, utilizing the therapeutic relationship as a safe space for growth. Connecting with clients is my top priority as I work with individuals striving for higher levels of fulfillment and happiness. I work primarily with women, and have an interest in helping each client grow the connections in her life, identify what she truly wants and solidify a genuine sense of trust in herself.
