Hi, I'm Katie! I'm passionate about working with youth, adolescents, and emerging adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem, and social/relationship issues. Every individual deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. Before anything else, I focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship, because connection is where meaningful therapy begins. I recognize that opening up requires trust and vulnerability, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and identities at their own pace, in a world that does not always give them that opportunity. My approach is relational, warm, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique experience. Using supportive talk therapy, play, mindfulness, and evidence-based interventions, I work with my clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, foster self-esteem, and have a space to navigate the often tumultuous transitions of growing up.
