My ideal client is someone who comes ready to engage in the hard work that therapy often requires, while staying open to the support I provide. I believe in a collaborative, team-based counseling experience where we work together to find the best way to approach a need, goal, or challenge—whether it arises from childhood experiences and trauma or from everyday stressors that have built up and become overwhelming. Change can be scary, exciting, and absolutely possible—and together, we can face it head-on. I work with a wide range of populations and presenting concerns. While anxiety, depression, and life transitions are common themes in my work, I am not limited to those areas. With a background in multiple therapeutic modalities and broad experience as a generalist, I am able to support clients with a variety of needs.
