Accepting new clients for telehealth. We all have the potential to grow and achieve fulfillment in our lives; however, this is not always an easy process. Life is full of challenges and some of them can be quite debilitating, impairing our ability to function. If you are experiencing a crisis and seeking help to heal from a traumatic experience, relationship distress, identity crisis, divorce, grief; or desperately trying to change an old pattern of behavior, I am here to listen. I want to help you succeed and break free of whatever it may be causing you pain, suffering and mental exhaustion. I use an integrative approach that is tailored to the unique needs of every client. At its core, my therapeutic approach is existential, it focuses on the search for meaning, self-awareness, free will, and personal responsibility. Ultimately, it is an eclectic modality of treatment that allows the therapeutic process to be a very personal one.
