I strive towards a welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. I understand that life events, addiction, and mental health, often pull us away from who we want to be. Along with how maladaptive coping, family discord, community violence, barriers to care, and other environmental and developmental stressors affect one’s physical and mental health. I specialize in individual therapy with adolescents and young adults aged 6-25. I am also proficient in Dual Diagnosis, Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, and difficulty adjusting to significant life changes. I use an Integrative approach combining Skills Based Learning, Trauma Informed and Person-Centered Care.
