I’m a licensed professional counselor with experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and attachment issues. I hold a master’s degree from Liberty University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have worked in both private practice and community mental health settings. My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, grounded in empathy, trust, and evidence-based care. I strive to create a safe space where clients can build resilience, develop self-awareness, and foster meaningful connections.
