My ideal client is someone who is ready to work on themselves. Maybe the changes haven't started yet but you have the desire to make it happen. I've worked with such a wide range of people but the sessions I look forward to the most are those when people dig for their motivation to change and improve their lives for the better (however that is defined by YOU). I can help guide and explore change but the real work happens between our sessions. I have an open mind and can work well with many different people. I look forward to learning more about you!
