The definition of wellness cannot be written without centering the inextricable ties between body, mind, and community. Within this unique system, there occurs a dance of influence that only serves to highlight how deeply linked and capable of impact each is on the other. It is with this awareness and a knowledge of the irreplaceable role of relationship in healing that I seek to ally with my clients. Some of my areas of focus are attachment, trauma, family systems, adoption/foster care, anxiety, depression, identity development, parenting (yourself and your children), self awareness and self esteem building. My focus is on utilizing integrative, holistic, evidence-based treatment modalities matching the needs of each client and empowering them toward achieving their individual goals. With an educational background in systemic therapeutic approaches and trauma responsive care, as well as expressive arts, play, and movement.
