At the core of my practice is my deep belief in your ability to heal, change and grow. As a compassionate and empathetic therapist, I provide a safe and supportive space. I have many years experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management for adults and teens. I use an eclectic, flexible approach to therapy which includes DBT and CBT, as well as art therapy with younger clients. My practice is a place where you don't have to go through things alone; the goal is to meet you where you are, and walk with you at your own pace.
