I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I completed my Bachelors and master’s in social work at St. Cloud State University. I have experience working with various mental health conditions and use a variety of evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, person centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and DBT to help my clients reach their goals. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to make positive changes in their lives.
