Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I truly understand how difficult that first step can be. As your therapist, my goal is to be there with you every step of the way, offering support as you navigate what comes next. One of the most important aspects of our work together is creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I honor the bravery it takes to be vulnerable, and I’m committed to making sure you feel heard, valued, and encouraged in this journey. I work with both teens and adults who are facing a variety of challenges, including low self-esteem, anxiety, panic, OCD, relationship issues, and women’s concerns. I also enjoy working with couples, helping them navigate the complexities of their relationship dynamics.
