I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in California. I am also an Associate Partner Trauma Therapy (APTT) and am pursuing certification in EMDR. I specialize in trauma, complicated grief, depression, anxiety, trust and intimacy issues, and self-esteem challenges. My expertise includes inner child work, focusing on how it impacts self-image, intimacy, addiction recovery, & emotional well-being. I offer support through individual therapy, couples counseling, and pre-marital counseling.
