I work with parents of children with anxiety, adhd, and autism spectrum disorder, school refusal, and learning disabilities. Parents of children with behavioral or learning challenges often encounter higher levels of stress and can struggle to understand why what works for others isn't working for them. By combining educational, behavioral, and psychological flexibility expertise, I work with parents to help them uncover the ways that shifting their own behavior can create opportunities for their child/children to make different choices.
