Our triggers let us know that something under the surface needs to be addressed. I love helping individuals get to the root of this. Whether it’s working with children through their natural language of play or adults trying to resolve their own challenges, I work with each individual to find the internal wounds, conflict, and traumas that are showing up in their lives today. I work with children (ages 3+), teens, adults, and families. My areas of focus include play therapy, individual counseling for teens and adults, parent coaching, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, high-conflict families, separation/divorce, and reunification. With prior experience in behavioral health, private practice, and school settings, I am knowledgeable about the systems that surround clients and help them navigate the complexity that these systems bring to daily life. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) and am trained in play therapy, EMDR, DBT, and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy.
