I currently have openings for clients starting at the age of sixteen into late adulthood. I know the search for a therapist can be difficult! You may be concerned about finding a good match or understanding your new therapist’s style. My approach to treatment involves building the relationship first to create a comfortable environment. I believe therapy should go at your pace and your level of comfort. My style is supportive with a touch of humor! I think laughing and smiling can make the process of therapy more enjoyable.
