I am a psychotherapist and offer psychodynamic therapy to individuals seeking a space to deepen understanding of themselves and their relationships. As a therapist, I strive to provide the conditions that allow us to be curious together about how the past impacts the present in order to increase awareness, compassion and choice in the actions you take. I have experience working in various mental health settings, providing psychotherapy as well as early childhood intervention and crisis intervention. I have and continue to pursue training in the impacts of trauma and loss as well as depth oriented psychotherapy.
