You are a busy, stressed person who has not had a break in months. The stated of the country is heavy and filled with so much uncertainty. I am here to be an anchor of support and guidance. The clients I see are experiencing anxious and depressive thought patterns, beliefs, unexpected life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem, body image, and reproductive health. Clients learn to challenge what is not serving them, and while learning to focus on what would be more beneficial for themselves and their presenting issues. I work with adults 18 and up and I am particularly passionate about working with women and LGBTQ+ clients.
