Whether you are struggling with the anxieties associated with your everyday life, facing a life transition or encountering a life crisis; I believe counseling can be beneficial. I provide a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their personal challenges. I have worked with both individuals and couples. My work has included (but is not limited to) experience in anxiety, depression, infertility, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and sexual assault/abuse. I am certified in the Mind Body Program for Infertility and have worked with many individuals and couples struggling with fertility.
