Hello and Welcome! My passion lies in providing individuals, couples and families with a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to assist in overcoming obstacles of daily life. I take an individualized approach and create a safe space for each client's feelings and needs. I assist clients in identifying needs currently met through ineffective patterns of coping that no longer create emotional safety and security in our current life situations and circumstances. My specialties include anxiety and depression, ADHD, life transitions, parenting/pregnancy/postpartum, self esteem, substance use/addiction and disordered eating/body image.
