Finding a space where you can show up as your true self is powerful and that's the space I strive to create. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as you are. I enjoy working with individuals struggling with a variety of concerns, but I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community, individuals going through faith/life transitions, and teens. My goal is to provide a space where you feel supported and authenticity and growth are encouraged. I take a very human centered and strengths based approach. I work to understand your story and presenting concerns through a biopsychosocial lens so treatment is tailored to your exact needs. I utilize a variety of modalities/interventions including DBT, CBT, MI, expressive arts, and play. I also was recently trained in EMDR.
