I strive to create a space where your experiences are honored and respected. I bring a trauma informed perspective that acknowledges the impact of the past, while focusing on healing, resilience and hope for the future. I work with children ages 4 and up, families, and individuals. My style is collaborative, inviting you to be an active part of the process, while drawing on experiential approaches to create meaningful change. With children, I often feel play helps kids communicate by processing their emotions and expressing themselves in a natural way.
