Adolescence & young adulthood can feel overwhelming—for both kids & parents. Maybe your teen is acting out, withdrawing, or struggling with intense emotions. Maybe you’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to stick. This is where I come in. I have a passion for working with older children & teens who are navigating big emotions, risky behaviors, or difficult life transitions. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-harm, budding personality disorders, or juvenile justice involvement, I believe no client is “too difficult” or beyond hope. Every young person deserves a safe space to feel seen, understood, & supported!
