I am a Mental Health Counselor with clinical training in a variety of diagnoses. In private practice, I work with adults, adolescents and families. I have a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Mental Health Counseling. My approach to therapy is based on the belief that all individuals are doing their best at each moment in time and that they have the capacity to create desired change while building and developing a life worth living.
