Using holistic, person centered, and strengths-based therapy methods, I love helping children, teens, & young adults grow more confident during this critical, and often challenging, time in their development. My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, thoughtful, and empathetic, with a pretty good sense of humor.
