I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with ten years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in working with women that have experienced trauma in their life. I am passionate about helping others find their own path and find healing and growth within themselves. I strongly believe that there is a mind, body connection and through exploring and healing that connection that true change can occur. I am trained in Trauma Focused Behavioral Therapy which is a evidence based treatment to help individuals impacted by Trauma. I am also trained in EMDR and offer the SSP (Safe and Sound Protocol). All of these modalities can help a individual reconnect with their system to reignite the feeling of safe and comfortable in their own body.
