I possess extensive experience in addressing mental health and substance use challenges, as well as providing support to families. I find fulfillment in working with both individuals and couples to foster growth and healing. My areas of specialization include anxiety and depression, emotional well-being in women, aging, trauma, grief and loss, body image concerns, co-dependency, self-esteem, and substance use and dependence. I take an individualized approach, tailoring my methods to the unique needs of each client. I am trained in and incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities. During my 17 years working in the field of addiction and mental health, I have developed a strong understanding as well as passion for engaging my clients holistically and from a positive psychological approach. I am committed to supporting self discovery and insight through the clinical relationship. I am compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental.
