Asking for help is not an easy thing to do. It is such a courageous act to be able to be vulnerable and ask. I am here to help. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I’m also a National Certified Counselor, and I’ve been in the counseling field for many years. I specialize in working with adults (18+) who are navigating eating and body image concerns, trauma, anxiety, and other life challenges that can feel overwhelming to manage alone. I have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, and neurodivergent clients. I am an HAES-informed Inclusive Eating Disorder Specialist (IEDS), Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapist (EDIT), Certified Wellness Counselor (CWC), EMDR Trained Therapist, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Meditation Practitioner & Teacher, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner Level I & II, and Certified Level I & II Reiki Master.
