Life is a performance! Sometimes you are at the top of your game feeling like nothing can stop you. Other times you may feel like you are struggling to keep up. You may be someone struggling to overcome a mental health challenge such as social anxiety or you may be an athlete experiencing low confidence. Whatever your challenge is, you can overcome it with hard work and support. My job is to offer a space for you to explore what's working well in life, what's not working well, and how to move forward. We will explore the root of what is causing you distress and focus on practical ways to allow you to perform well in life.
