I work with adults and adolescents as they learn to cope with issues including, but not limited to, body image and eating concerns, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse, self-esteem, and trauma. I am trained in BRAINSPOTTING and use Brainspotting, CBT, mindfulness, interpersonal and relational-based therapy techniques in my work with clients. Coaching and counseling services are individualized based on the unique client's needs and goals.
