Seeking help is such a brave choice! In my practice, I work collaboratively with you to identify your goals and to develop new skills to help you navigate challenging life circumstances. I provide a safe and supportive environment to help adolescents, young adults, adults, and families work through their current difficulties. My specialties include, but are not limited to, processing past trauma, coping with anxiety, managing depression, and ceasing self-harm. I also focus on helping teens cope with and decrease challenges related to high school, peer interactions, and family relationships.
