With a background in fine art and film production, I offer a creative, humanistic, and flexible approach tailored to your individual needs. Certified in Trauma Informed Expressive Arts Therapy and trained in research-based trauma-informed and body positivity techniques, I am here to help you navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. I provide a person-centered space where your voice is central. I’m here to help you break cycles that don’t serve you to rewrite your story. I have experience working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergent spectrum, LGBTQIA+, relationship and family challenges. I work with teens and adults. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems Theory, and research based trauma informed techniques.
