Hi! My name is Katie and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) dedicated to treating adolescents, families, couples, and adults of all ages facing challenges with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, trauma, stress, grief, and ADHD. I use a individualized strategy for each client and their needs using a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. The ultimate goal is meaningful, lasting change: to move beyond just surviving and toward living with more confidence, connection, and self-compassion. Through a person-centered approach, combined with CBT and DBT, I can help build insight, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop healthier coping strategies. Katie has practiced as a clinician in a variety of clinical settings such as Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient.
