I want to support you on your journey. I believe we are all constantly learning, moving and growing in our personal and professional lives. Therapy is a journey of self exploration. It is both what happens in and outside of the therapy room. I have worked in the mental health field (as a coach, counselor or art therapist) since 2011. My practice is grounded in my values.
