I create a warm non-judgmental environment in which to explore your struggles and help heal wounds. My goal is to help you identify and utilize your own resources, and make suggestions about new ways in which to look at problems. I focus on utilizing your strengths to help you build skills toward a more enriching life, such as healthy boundaries, assertiveness, and communication skills. I incorporate somatic techniques and EMDR with talk therapy. I have over fifteen years of experience working with teenagers and their families. I co-founded a Non-profit Counseling Agency several years ago, which offers low-cost counseling to individuals, couples, children and families. They also offer several groups and classes.
