I am a relational therapist that makes space for you to build connection, develop mindfulness, and explore what values motivate you. One of the approaches I love most is rooted in prioritizing self-acceptance: one of the best gifts we can give ourselves! It goes hand in hand with getting better at feeling emotions and communicating them to others, as a way to navigate symptoms of anxiety, depression, and even trauma. Another facet of the work we might do includes making commitments to yourself for the changes that are important to you.
