I'm so happy you're here! I want to help you find your way back to a meaningful and joyful life. The unmanageability of feeling like life is out of control can be so overwhelming. If stress, depression and anxiety are beginning to impact your relationships, work, school, and self-esteem and you have been attempting to manage these symptoms on your own but struggle to do so, I'm here to help. I cultivate change by viewing people as so much more than a diagnosis or problem. I utilize an Internal Family Systems approach to look at issues with compassion and curiosity, rather than judgement. Most clients find this increases confidence, happiness and self-worth. I am trained in EMDR to more efficiently help you return to healthier functioning.
