It is my goal as a mental health provider to accompany my clients on a journey of awareness and self-discovery. I believe that through gained insight, a person is better equipped to understand one's struggles and employ strategies to improve their life. I aim to create a warm and safe environment for my clients; a space for them to authentically grow and be. I have experience working with couples and individuals, and adolescents and adults, who struggle with a variety of issues within their lives.
