Hi, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about providing trauma informed care to all, and am especially excited about supporting queer teens and adults. I offer a compassionate, client-centered space where your story matters. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs, and I especially love using EMDR to work through trauma and other challenges. I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time—humor has a welcome place in therapy, too. My goal is to walk alongside you with authenticity, care, and respect for your unique journey.
