I'm passionate about supporting romantic relationships of all kinds, as well as individuals exploring their own narratives and growth. I have lived experience with non-traditional relationships and the child side of divorce. I am drawn to a variety of approaches, including collaborative and experiential practice, Narrative Therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness. With a background in theater and bodywork, I am passionate about integrating the mind, body, and energetic self in therapy. I've taken Brainspotting Level 1 and Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1, working toward level 2.
