Sometimes we feel stuck in a personal or professional lives or overwhelmed by aspects of our lives. Our relationships too can feel stagnant at times, or sometimes worse, full of conflict and distance. My goal is to work with each person to find practical solutions to helping them get through difficult times in their relationships and lives. We all want to feel understood and close to those we care about the most. I focus on improving life in the here and now and realizing your life's possibilities.
