Reaching out for help can feel especially hard if you’ve spent years being the strong one. You may look capable on the outside while feeling tired, anxious, or quietly unraveling inside. Many of my clients are high-functioning adults carrying grief, trauma, moral injury, or long-standing stress that no longer fits who they are now. They want relief, clarity, and a way to feel steady again -without being rushed, judged, or pathologized. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience working with grief, trauma, moral injury, and complex life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed and focused on nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and practical tools that support real, sustainable change.
