Externally, you are accountable, social, and capable of completing all the tasks that life can throw at you, but internally, you’re struggling to get through the day and are overwhelmed by the constant nagging voice in your head. Memories of life’s painful moments come up at unwanted times. You’re afraid to take that leap into the unknown that can bring recovery and joy. I want you to know that life can be different. I am an eating disorder therapist, treating all eating disorders. My goal as a therapist is to walk with you through the ups and downs of life that come while fighting against the eating disorder and your fears.
