Welcome! I believe therapy is a place to heal from past hurts, learn healthy behaviors, and recognize the strength you have to feel whole. For the past 14 years, I have had the pleasure to work with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Choosing to seek help is a big step, and it is important to find the right therapist for you. It is my goal to provide a kind, compassionate atmosphere for you to feel comfortable. My practice is a place for those who seek refuge from stigma, which includes but is not limited to LGBTQIA2S+, kink, ethical non-monogamy, and sex worker communities. My biggest strength is my ability to support my clients. I believe it is imperative for you to feel heard and accepted in treatment. You have to feel safe with your therapist to create change.
